STEP 1: Gather Materials and Tools
STEP 2: Make or Get and Cut out Templates
Mandalorian Mercs Templates
We are not affiliated with the mandalorian mercs costume club
STEP 3: Cut Templates into Cardboard to test sizing.
- If you think it fits right go a little smaller.
STEP 4: Trace size tested stencils on to the foam mats with a sharpie or permanent marker.
STEP 5: Using a fresh Razor blade, cut out the armor pieces.
STEP 6: Sand and clean up your pieces
STEP 7: Heat shape your pieces.
STEP 8: trace where pieces connect, Score that area, GLUE .
STEP 9: Add details & "Battle Damage"
STEP 10: Plasti-dip or another base coat paint
VERY IMPORTANT!:! Use the right PPE recommended by the manufacture and use in a well ventilated area.
STEP 11: PAINT PAINT PAINT!!! I like using metal texture paint
STEP 12:Put it all together.
